Nico Herbst F.A. Arb (SA)

As head of PSN’s Dispute Resolution and Collection Departments, Nico's primary focus is commercial litigation. His skills base and expertise range from contractual disputes, constitutional law, administrative law, credit law, property law, competition law and consumer law.

Nico has been practising as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa since 2004.  He obtained a doctorate degree in constitutional law in 2006 and was appointed as a director of PSN in the same year.

Apart from his practice, Nico is also a fellow of the Association of Arbitrators (Southern Africa), a commissioner of the Small Claims Court, and lectures constitutional law to candidate attorneys as part of the attorneys' admission course.
