Yolandi Van der Merwe

Yolandi is currently heading the Property and Estates Departments of the firm.

She studied at North-West University, Potchefstroom, and achieved her BA Law and LL.B degrees cum laude.  During her articles, she was fortunate enough to get exposure to most areas of law.  It was, however, her introduction to property law that sparked her passion for this intriguing legal field.

Yolandi is an admitted attorney, notary and conveyancer and recently obtained a Professional Certificate in Estate and Trust Administration.

Yolandi joined PSN in 2014 and has been appointed as a Director in May 2021.
